Carpet Cleaning

The carpet in your home should be cleaned annually at a minimum as most carpet manufacturers recommend annual cleaning for warranty purposes, health, and increasing the lifespan of your carpet. For some families or businesses, you may need more frequent cleanings depending on traffic and use.

Our Carpet Cleaning Process

  1. We will walk through your home or business with you and address any problem areas you have. We always confirm your price before starting so there are no surprises.
  2. We start our carpet cleaning process by applying a family and pet safe cleaning solution to help break up soils, dirt, and oils. We use our spotting kit to work on the tougher spots as well.
  3. The carpet gets rinsed and extracted with very hot water leaving your carpet soft, fresh, and clean.
  4. While we are cleaning we will move smaller items and place the legs on styrofoam blocks or plastic tabs. The blocks or tabs should stay under them for 24 hours. We will not move large items such as: beds, dressers, entertainment stands, china cabinets, or other large items. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about this.
  5. We offer carpet protector for those clients that would like it applied. Carpet protector helps to extend the life of your carpet, improve vacuuming efficiency, and makes cleaning up spots and spills easier.

Upholstery Cleaning

Your upholstery and furniture should be cleaned annually as well. The fabric is much thinner and more delicate than carpet and should be cleaned professionally with care. We can clean both synthetic and natural fiber upholstery and have the knowledge, experience, and tools to clean them correctly.

Safe Cleaning Solutions – not only do we want to provide you with a great cleaning but your family’s health is important to us. We use safe cleaning solutions that have tremendous cleaning power without the risk to your health. 

Knowledge and Training – We have invested in the proper training to clean tile and grout. Some tile types require the use of special cleaning solutions to not damage them. All cleaning solutions aren’t created equal and using the wrong ones can create damage that is expensive to fix. Our cleaning solutions are rinsed completely from the floor and do not leave a residue like many store-bought products.

Improve Air Quality – tile flooring can absorb pollutants and other allergens just like carpet can. Our cleaning process uses hot water that is great for sanitizing.

We Love Details – We are very detail-oriented and make sure all of the nooks, crevices, and edges of your tile and grout floor are cleaned too.

Flooring Longevity – Many people do not realize that dirt, greases, and oils can damage the structural integrity of tile and grout. As the soil level increases it can cause tiles and grout to crack allowing bacteria and germs to make their way underneath the tile. Regular professional cleaning and inspection of your floor will prevent this from happening. If your tile and grout do become damaged it should be repaired right away.

Pet Odor Removal

Pets are wonderful to have but sometimes they can be very messy, especially during the potty training stage. Pet accidents are a common issue we deal with every day. Each pet accident situation is unique and there are three approaches we can take.

Topical Treatment

We treat the affected area with a specialty product that breaks down urine and feces with enzymes. We allow the product to dwell and then extract the area to remove the issue. We have found that this method works best for fecal spots as they generally don’t penetrate into the carpet. We then treat any remaining staining.

Sub-surface Extraction

Our subsurface treatment is our most common type of pet stain and odor treatment that our clients pick. We’re able to take the same great product we use for a topical treatment and safely saturate the area so that the product is able to get into the pad. After it has had time to dwell and work we use our subsurface extraction tool. This special tool extracts the pad, back of the carpet, and the face yarns. We will treat an area multiple times to extract the urine out of the pad and carpet. We then treat any remaining staining with a specialty spotter made to remove pet accident staining.

Subsurface With Pad Replacement

In situations where a pet has favored a particular or specific area a lot. Our surface extraction and subfloor sealing process is our most advanced and thorough out of the three options. We first identify the areas that need to be treated. We uninstall the carpet at a corner and pull the carpet back. We remove any affected padding and then seal the subfloor so that any urine that has soaked in stays dormant. We flush the front and back of the carpet to remove any urine that is deep in the carpet foundation. Finally, we install new padding, reinstall the carpet, and treat any remaining staining.
